As far as I know, it's just a marketing strategy corresponds with the season. Soon after all, Autumn is a period of adjustments and can logic sense to change the toy too

Having an aesthetic related to the season can definitely add to the mood and total experience. That being said, the core job remains the same.

I prefer to change up my toys occasionally, it keeps things fresh and interesting. Seasonal themes are a fun way to do so.

Well, why not? If collector's edition version of games operates, why not implement the same principle to grownup toys? At least you will have an autumn fall sensation. :d
