how to change the ringtone to pulse on a smartphone?

Hi absolutely everyone, I can't figure out how to modify my ringtone setting to pulse on my new mobile phone. The manual isn't very clear about it. Can any person help m'out?

Sure! Usually, it's pretty sincere. On Android, you can usually press the volume down button until it switches to pulse. On ios, there's a switch on the side of your phone that can toggle between ringer and vibrate.
