I have used both and I would say it exactly depends on what you are looking for. Tantaly products are more like sex dolls and much heavier, but Fleshlight is more portable and easier in use.

I second. I found Tantaly more towards realistic body replicas, really good for immersive practice, while Fleshlight focuses more on handheld pleasures.
