I've constantly had my iphone on silent and just relied on pulse for notifications. Even so, it seems to be vibrating per single notification now! On prior iphones, I feel like I could limit which notifications cause the cell phone to vibrate. Any tips on how to manage this? </blockquote>

Sure! To select which applications vibrate for notifications, you should:

Above are the right steps. Additionally you can go to accessibility > Touch > Vibration and there you can turn off all vibrations. But use this only if you are sure, it will stop all vibrations which includes emergency ones. </blockquote>

Hey @user1, also note that components of these settings only implement if your smart phone is in silent mode. In non-silent mode, your phone will vibrate if it has a ringtone associated with it unless of course you turn off the choice in sound & Haptics.
