struggling to Set My Phone to Pulse - Help!

Hi absolutely everyone, I can't seem to find the setting to get my phone on pulse mode. It's an Android. Any person have any tips?

go to settings > Sounds and notification > vibration strengh. There should be an option to fit the vibration for calls, notifications, etc.

You can also set it to pulse mode by pressing the volume down button right up until it vibrates. This is a rapid way if you do not want to go into settings.
