I did a research a year ago before starting my experience. Let me throw some light into this:

key Points	details
communication	make sure both parties are snug and continually regard boundaries.
equipment	start with quality, tiny size equipment. Clean before and after use.
safety ‍	use agreed upon safe words. Stop forthwith if anything hurts or makes you uncomfortable.
