Hi guys, I have recently heard about vibrating your stomach to burn calories. I would like to know if this process actually works?

Ofcourse, vibration therapy does hold some potential to help with mass loss, but I think a significant amount of calories you burn during the day depend more on your physical activity.

I have to agree. Vibration therapy may possibly help to some extent, but relying solely on this method looks like a far stretch. Those vibrations can stimulate muscle strength and help burn a few extra calories, but without a well balanced diet and regular exercise, you might not get the desired outcomes. :d

is appropriate. All these remedy devices should be seen as an additional help, not the main way to burn calories. '<blockquote>' vibrations can help improve muscle intensity and balance, not right linked with burning a significant amount of calories. '</blockquote>'
