Geekgirl @jimbaker, have you checked the pulse power of your phone? Often, lowering the pulse strengh may well cause it to not vibrate. Here's how you do it <ol style=list-style-type:upper-roman;>

go to 'settings'

tap on 'sounds and Vibration'

tap on 'vibration Intensity'

try changing the slider. If it's set to the lowest, your cell phone may possibly not pulse.
