<strong>absolutely agree with Craftmaniac</strong>. In addition, you can add a heating element by soaking your towel in warm water before use. Be careful, though, don't make it too hot. You can tried diverse towel or sponge thickness to get your preferred tightness. Nonetheless, you should remember, it can't be a permanent solution, hygiene matters.
