Hi folks, I need some help. How can I turn off the vibrate on silent on my iphone?

Go to Settings -> Sounds & Haptics. Then toggle off 'vibrate on Silent'.

Just to add, you can also adjust the vibration amount below Vibration settings

Make sure to reboot your iphone afterwards, though. Often changes won't take effect until finally you do.
