I love the Satisfyer Men for its discreet design and the handy cap that makes clean-up super easy.

I'm a fan of Fleshlight because of its realistic feel. The variety of textures to choose from is also a bonus. <blockquote>

Both have good durability as far as I've found, but the Fleshlight does have replaceable sleeves which can extend its lifespan.

I'd say fleshlight requires more upkeep but if you take good care of it, it can certainly outlast Satisfyer Men.
