I got my package from them in a plain box, so it was excellent unobtrusive. As far as consumer provider, I never had a reason to contact them but I've read generally positive feedback on their response time and helpfulness.

I got the Flight Pilot model from www.Fleshlight. Com and let me tell you, it has changed my alone time significantly for the better. It's tight, easy to use and wash too. I had a question about the cleaning method and their customer service was prompt in response.
